I'm your new surf coach !
My name is Hirman and I am from Selong Benalak in the island of Lombok in Indonesia. Since 2013, surfing has been much more than just a passion for me; it is an integral part of my life which allows me to feed my family which gives me the strength every morning, even before the sun rises to already be on the beach, ready to share my passion. Whether you are a beginner, amateur or professional, I will adapt my coaching to your level. Surfing here, in our little corner of paradise, is an emotional adventure, a way to connect with the sea and with yourself. For me, each wave is a promise and each surf lesson is an opportunity to transmit this magic. I invite everyone to come and enjoy this unique experience with me and feel the freedom and wonder that only surfing at Selong Benalak can offer.
I work in partnership with Papa Surf School, in Selong Belanak, so don't hesitate to meet me there !

All the prices include board rental, complimentary water and government tax. Pick up and drop off can be arranged upon demand.
Two hours private lesson in Selong Belanak - 2h - 350K IDR
The best seller everybody loves, for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels !
According to your level, I will help you improve your body position for a better take off, your paddling, handling the position on the board and how to catch a wave.
For more advanced levels we will see how to take the "drop", ride the "wave face", perform bottom and top returns and understand the "lineup" and advanced safety measures.
The Mawi Surf Experience - 3h
For intermediate to advanced surfers
Let's take a private boat to Pantai Mawi, it's a 10 minutes ride from Selong Belanak.
Pantai Mawi offers a thrilling experience with consistent waves, ideal for intermediate to advanced surfers. The beach is known for its powerful, fast-breaking reef waves, with both left and right-handers, providing a challenging but rewarding ride. The remote, scenic location adds to the adventure, with fewer crowds and stunning natural surroundings.

Junior Surf Academy - 2h - 350K IDR
I was a child when I began surfing, and I would be more than happy to help children riding their first waves.
Through easy and fun exercises, we will discover our first waves, learn how to make an easy take off and discovers the wonderful sensations of surfing.
We will learn the basic theory, and discovers how to take care and respect our wonderful ocean.
Full day snorkeling experience - 900k IDR
Riding the ocean is beautiful, but there are so much to see under the water !
According to the weather and your will, we will take a full day boat trip to Gili Nanggu, Gili Asahan or Gili Gede.
You will discover beautiful and preserved coral gardens and richest marine life. You will surely be able to enjoy the turtle's company, as well as lot of fish and if we are lucky even Manta rays !
The price includes pick-up and drop off in Selong Belanak and Kuta areas, as well as lunch, snacks, drinks and snorkeling gear.
Diving experiences
If you want to feel the extraordinary sensation of breathing under the sea and discover the wonders that Indonesian submarine life has to offer, let's organize a diving trip with our friends from Scuba Froggy, the best diving center in Kuta Lombok.
Everything will be made to offer you the best experiences, with certified divemasters, recent gear and small groups of maximum 4 by instructors.
